If I could give 10 stars, I would. I am not related to anyone at this shop so my opinion is totally unbiased. This is the kind of automotive repair shop we can only dream of. At first, I observed the interaction between the employees and customers. Each one was treated with respect and super friendly demeanor. I saw firsthand how the employees prioritize an honest evaluation with the goal of saving the customer from unneeded and unnecessary repairs that are often pushed on you from dealerships. They saved me hundreds off the estimate the Honda dealer gave me. The dealer lied about the condition of my brakes. The service was quick. They stand behind their work 100%. If there is a problem after the repair, they correct it. And didn't charge me a dime! This was my first service here. I look forward to a long customer relationship. I can confidently hand my car over to them knowing the customer really is a priority!
