I am so pleased that I found a trustworthy mechanic to help keep my car on the road!! I drive a 2014 Passat that has over 100,000 miles and it’s essential to have cars in that mileage range serviced so you feel they are roadworthy. I needed about $1,000 worth of maintenance work, and Joe divided the service into three parts so I wasn’t out all that cash at once. After three appointments, my car is now ready for any trip, and I feel I can trust it to get me from point A to point B. The fact that so many older WOMEN come to this business says it all!! You can’t go wrong with Complete Automotive Care as your go to mechanic!!

I had a 2008 Ford Expedition worked on twice. They had great reviews from local Napa and others. First was exhaust manifold replacement on the 5.4. Not an easy job. Problem was the right manifold lasted only 30,000 miles. After spending $1800. I replaced the manifold myself. Three studs were original and loose. Gasket was blown out. Manifold was ok. I called Joe not looking for money but to let him know what happened. He said he would do some research and get back to me. I have yet to here back. The second repair was a fuel pump install. I picked up the vehicle and the gas gauge only read 1/2 full with a topped off tank. Gauge worked fine prior to. Coincidence, maybe.
