I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler, researched CarFax, looked great and shown at an excellent price. Took it into Complete Auto for a tune up. Wow, many undisclosed problems, some probably at the hands of the dealer. Jim was excellent at explaining each problem and what essential repairs to be travel ready, and what I could expect and plan for over time. These guys actually care about quality customer service. My wife came home told me she thought she had a low tire. I checked it found a nail. Call the team late Friday evening ask if I can be there first thing in the morning which was Saturday because Julie had a wedding to go to.. They said yes fir Saturday 8:00 am. fixed it I was out of there in 4 30 minutes.. Simply don't get no better than that!
