Brooksville Auto Repair

My car engine stopped. It would start and then shut off. I called AAA, they recommended Complete Automotive. I usually take my car to Tires Plus, but I haven't been real happy with them since I moved here to Brooksville 3 years ago, so decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! As soon as I met Joe I felt like I had come to the right place. You know how sometimes you get a feeling about people, right away I felt at ease. It turned out to be a computer problem, but they were able to order the parts and get me going again. Jim & Joe were knowledgeable and friendly! I think I have found my new car doctor's!! I highly recommend!!

My starter went while I was parked in a customer's driveway. I called and spoke to Joe and he told me how to get the truck started to be able to drive the truck to the shop instead of having to have it towed. While I was on the way I was speaking with Joe to give him my eta, when I arrived the new starter was waiting for me, it was installed and I was driving out within an hour. Joe understood that without my truck my business would suffer. Great customer service and it was very much appreciated. I would recommend to everyone.
