I would definitely give more than 5 stars if I could! My wife, 8 month old baby, and I were on our way home to Atlanta from a week long vacation when we felt a very unsettling sputtering of the engine in my car. We panicked, pulled over and made some phone calls. After about 5 or 6 calls of shops being closed, or turning us away... I got Ryan at Complete Automotive Care...from the first phone call I knew we were in good hands. We pulled in and immediately they took my car back, despite being busy with other vehicles. They were VERY kind, accommodating, professional and honest. Ryan came out and explained exactly what was going on, and even showed me the busted part. After a surprisingly low bill, and a very quick turn around we were back on our way. Many people can just fix a car...but what sets the team at Complete Automotive Care apart from the rest is they go the extra mile. Ryan, Joe, and the rest of the team...you certainly made a VERY good impression on my family and me...you were our guardian angels for the day. To anyone reading this review...GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR BUSINESS you will not be disappointed. From my short time spent there I can tell that they do everything they can to earn it!

Professionalism, kindness and generosity are just a few words to explain from this company. My daughters car engine blew and I called them from being referred from AAA. The moment I contacted them they really listened to me and my dilemma and I felt they truly cared. Being a woman and knowing nothing about mechanical issues makes me a bit naive and vulnerable but from the moment we talked I felt I could trust them. During our conversation I realized I had used all my tows for the year with AAA. So they had my car towed there using their own service, I realized they didn’t have to do that. I also was informed after it was towed there that my daughters car had a warranty and recall on the engine for that year and make. Most companies would not want to help a consumer if it they don’t get the profit, but not here. They were willing to help me out even if the job was going somewhere else! That is genuine caring and professionalism. Just that alone says a lot about their character! And I appreciate the fact that the owner is a Christian. His character proves that. I've been going here for all my mechanical needs for a couple of years now. They have top notch help, their fast and accurate , and reasonable. I worked as a mechanic myself for 40 plus years before I retired. It's difficult to find this kind of quality in a dealership or an independent shop.
