Had job done said they were oem parts, after job was done, they said they can't find the receipt from the dealer, no dealer has them in the system that they purchased anything WHERE IS THE RECEIPT YOU PURCHASED OEM INJECTORS?
Steven are you kidding me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE DID DO INJECTORS OEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Car was running poorly when it came in. It was diagnosed at another shop. We did verify the issue. This repair was done 19 months ago 31715 miles ago. Car ran great when it left as a matter of fact Steven you called and said how good it was running...Now 31k later 19 months later you. the car starts to run poorly again you take it to some other shop (dealer)and they sell you thousands of dollars of repair. in multiple trips to the dealer...in which time you come see me. i helped you out had my guys check the car giving you advice scanning your car never charging you a dime..i have over 9 hrs of time on your car . that i paid my technicians everytime you came into my shop. I myself have over 4 hrs in looking stuff up for you helping you change parts yourself. to you help you save money. you want to see a receipt that's packed away in boxes over a year ago. when there is over thousands of receipts in a box .. GIVE ME A BREAK ....
